How did we ever get along without a flash drive? I’ve got a very nice 2G flash drive, and I keep all of my tests, quizzes, worksheets, pictures, links, programs, and a lot of music on it. I’ve had it for almost two years, and already the technology has improved and the sizes are getting smaller and smaller.
This is the Jt Baby USB flash drive, and look how tiny it is! That’s a QUARTER there in the picture, and we all know how small a quarter is.
“Cute” is only one of its good qualities, however. The JtBaby USB flash drive is also a fantastic piece of technology that does what it says it will do, and does it well.
You won’t need a driver to use the jtBaby flash drive; I like that quality VERY much. Just plug it into your computer’s USB port, and the computer will detect and configure; you don’t have to do a thing. It’s compatible with Windows 98 and above, and it doubles as a boot device.
Efficiency anda technology aside for a moment, the Jt Baby is ADORABLE. It’s so tiny and light, you can use it as a cell phone charm, which would be VERY handy.
However, one of the first things that came to my mind was the fact that since the Jt Baby IS so very small, you could plug it into the USB port on your digital picture frame and it would be barely noticeable! You could put an awful lot of pictures into a 2G flash drive, and even more in the 4G.
The 2G green or purple Baby will set you back about $22.00, and the 4G orange, blue, or red cost $37.00.
This is the Coby DP 5588 digital picture frame with Mp3 player and clock. The attractive maple frame will look very good in any room of your house, and the 5.6-inch screen will make your digital photographs look clear and bright.
The Coby DP 5588 is the perfect size for your desktop or bookshelf, or perhaps your entertainment center.
This classy digital picture frame will display your JPEG and BMP image files, your AVI and MP4 video files, and your Mp3 and WMA audio files. It comes with two interchangeable wooden frames.
Use the USB port to upload your pictures to this frame, or use almost any memory card or flash drive.
On Amazon, you can find this lovely digital picture frame for about $124.00. But if you have a K-Mart nearby, you might find the Coby DP 5588 digital picture frame for. . . . $50.00.
You read that right. Fifty bucks. What a DEAL!
This digital frame is simple to operate and is a fantastic bargain. At fifty dollars, it’s an absolute STEAL.
This is an older frame, but that doesn’t detract from its quality. I’d LOVE to own this one!
My computer, like most computers that are only a few years old, has no floppy drive.
This caused a few problems, because almost all of my files had been backed up on a floppy disc, and since I now had no floppy drive, I haven’t been able to access them for years. We also had a lot of games on floppy that, even though they’re considered old and obsolete now, were still among our favorites.
Plus, I had a LOT of pictures stored on floppies, and I figured they were lost forever because nobody I knew had a computer that could read the floppy discs.
Listen, can you hear it? That’s the sound of the IomegaFloppy Plus 7-in-1 Card Reader to the rescue! Now you can save all those floppy disc files and pictures to your computer, and burn them onto something a bit more modern. Plus, you can upload the pictures to your FrameChannel account and let them join the slideshow!
Just connect it to your computer’s USB port, and get all your old floppies out of that shoebox and start looking at pictures and files, etc, from your technological past.
Besides enabling you to use those floppies – and some of them have some irreplaceable stuff on them! – the Iomega also reads your more modern cards and sticks: in other words, this card reader does it ALL!
There’s no power cord to mess with, either. The Iomega plugs directly into your USB port.
Included with the Iomega Floppy Plus is the fantastic Adobe Photoshop Album SE software.
This is the perfect card reader for everybody, because it reads everybody’s stored information, even floppies!
If you buy it from Amazon, you can get it from $36.68 (used) up to $50.20 (brand new, and discounted!) and the shipping is free.
We have posted about Westinghouse digital photo frames on this blog before, but now I want you all to look at the 14.1″ Westinghouse digital frame. It’s gorgeous.
A wireless/digital photo frame has become the PERFECT GIFT for weddings, births, holidays, birthdays. . . every special event or occasion in our lives, in fact. People are even updating their wireless/digital photo frames throughout the event or occasion, enabling family, guests, and participants to see an ongoing panorama of sentiment, as it is happening. Businesses are displaying their wares and policies on wireless/digital photo frames set up in lobbies. Schools are displaying sports highlights, contests, academic bowls, virtual tours on wireless/digital photo frames set up in the office/sign-in areas. Restaurants are putting their menus on wireless/digital photo frames, enabling customers to see their dinners being prepared from beginning to end. Realtors are putting their listings on wireless/digital photo frames, and potential buyers are ‘touring’ homes while sitting in comfort in a lounge. I have even seen wireless/digital picture frames on display in a funeral home, slide-showing flowers and various amenities in the building. I blogged before about the digital frame in my veterinarian’s office, and how cool THAT was!
You can add pictures to this Westinghouse digital frame with your camera’s memory card, your flash drive, or your personal computer via the USB port. Set your display pretty much any way you want it; divided screen, screenshow, single photos. . . .
The Westinghouse frame is also an Mp3 player, so not only can you watch your memories, you can listen to them, too.
Westinghouse digital frames can be found at any electronics store. This one costs $399.99, and it’s worth it.
