A Wireless/Digital Picture Frame Is The Perfect Gift For Your Child’s Classroom
Every teacher could use a wireless/digital picture frame in his/her classroom. Think of the possibilities!
Pictures of students doing positive things, modeling good behaviors, getting awards, running races, concentrating on tests. . . .
Cafeteria menus and sports schedules and weather reports and the EXACT TIME, slideshowing across the screen at all times.
Think of the questions it would automatically answer, thus saving the teacher a lot of time and bother. Think of the information it would impart to everyone in the classroom.  Think of the many excuses students use that having the wireless/digital frame in the room would render useless? “I didn’t know what the assignment was!” “I didn’t know it was so late!” “I need to know the basketball scores from last night’s game!” I didn’t know when it was due!” Etc.
If these things, and many more, are being shown in the classroom on a daily basis, it would do away with the excuses, and the confusion, etc.
Teachers and librarians could showcase new books, recommended movies, good music. Secretaries down in the office could monitor the weather, updated every few minutes, far less intrusively than having to rely on the radio. Parents, waiting in the foyer, could watch the school’s “goings-on” and see many positive things about a place he/she might only hear negative things about from a child.
Teachers could update it from their homes!
A wireless/digital photo frame, even a big one, doesn’t costs all that much these days, and prices are getting lower all the time. If you are seeking a way to help your child’s school or individual teacher, consider presenting him/her/it with a wireless/digital picture frame.
Find out first if the building is wireless. If it’s not, wireless frame anyway. I am a fanatic about my own WIRELESS digital frame, and I know that a wireless frame can be used even when there IS no wireless connection. Eventually, the school will go wireless, and then the frame will be doubly useful.
With wireless, of course, the school could subscribe to all kinds of educational channels, besides the sports scores and weather, and could even make their OWN CHANNELS! What a great ongoing project for students! The school could have its own FrameChannel account!
Students of all ages love to see themselves and each other, and know what’s going on. A wireless/digital frame would not violate any policies about “publishing” pictures of students, and would still allow the kids to see what all is going on in their school.
A nice big wireless frame in the cafeteria would be nice, too.
Kids with sensory disorders and learning disabilities are often helped if there is a point of focus in the classroom.
Consider this: your child’s school and teacher could really use a wireless/digital picture frame, and I KNOW he/she would appreciate it.
Make sure they understand that it’s for SCHOOL, or they’ll be taking that frame home and setting it up in the living room before you can say Jack Robinson. I would have!
Wireless/digital photo frames are the greatest gift EVER.
