Digital Picture Frames in the Real Estate Office

Over on MyTechOpinion (Technology for Real Estate) there is an excellent post about using digital picture frames in the real estate business.

Writer Chad A. Johnson has several great suggestions for real estate agents, as to how they might use digital picture frames.

“Think of the possibilities for the use of such a device in the real estate world,” says Johnson.

We’ve posted about digital picture frames in a real estate office before, but Johnson has even more information. Check out his article HERE.

Real Estate Agents: A Wireless Digital Photo Frame Is Far Superior To A Standard MLS

Personally, I think all businesses could utilize a wireless digital picture frame, and increase their profits by doing so. Anything that attracts the attention of a customer in a positive way is an asset to a business.

I’ve seen wireless or digital picture frames in several businesses lately, and there is always a crowd gathered around it. People love gadgets, and people especially love things that they could use, themselves, in their homes.

These days, it’s hard to imagine anybody who doesn’t have pictures stored in his/her hard drive, and you KNOW that all of these people with stored pictures would love to get these pictures out where they can be seen. A digital picture frame or, even better, a wireless digital picture frame is exactly what every household NEEDS!

And it’s exactly what every business needs, too.

Take, for example, a real estate office. Real estate offices have hundreds of thousands of pictures in their files, folders, cabinets, hard drives, and albums. Potential customers have to physically thumb through the pictures to see the homes’ exteriors and interiors, and it’s those interiors that can make or break a sale.

Put a few wireless digital photo frames around the office, and the customers can wander around looking at beautiful color photographs of selected homes, inside and out. A typical MLS listing is approximately six photos or less. Think how much more successful a sales pitch might be if a client could see dozens of pictures of each house! Customers could even be taken on guided tours of homes, from miles away, instantly, by a photographer sending pictures back, one after another, wirelessly.

Are you listening, real estate agents? Think about it. Then go out and get a few wireless digital picture frames for the office. Get one for your living room while you’re there.
