Mustek’s Newest Digital Photo Frame:Press-Released This Week!
Mustek released the following information on July 3 of this week! I do love a digital photo frame with interchangeable faceplates; the possibilities are greater that way. I also agree completely with Mustek’s national sales manager, David Ficken, when he says that a digital picture isn’t just a novelty for electronics geeks any more; it’s become an important part of a home’s decor! Well-said, Mr. Ficken.

“Bringing big style to living spaces both contemporary and traditional, Mustek’s new PF-A1020BC Digital Photo Frame combines the excitement of a 10.2-inch TFT LCD display panel along with a set of interchangeable faceplates to help user’s achieve their interior design goals.

On the performance side, the PF-A1020BC has plenty to boast about. The screen has an extra-large 9.5-inch viewable area (3:2 aspect ratio) to showcase JPEG photos in crisp 720 x 480 resolution. It utilizes the latest in imaging science for truer colors and improved skin tones.
Consumers will also appreciate the versatile inputs that allow them to source photos directly from a USB thumb drive or MMC, SD, CF, Memory Stick and Memory Stick Pro memory card. In addition, up to 48 photos can be stored in the frame’s internal memory. Maximum photo file size is 12MB.
Depending on their mood, a user can have a single digital photo displayed continuously on the PF-A1020BC or have entire photo collections be automatically rotated in an exciting slideshow with a variety of available transition effects. To ratchet up the excitement level, slideshows can be easily set with accompanying MP3 music played through the frame’s two built-in 1.5W speakers or via headphones.
The Mustek PF-A1020BC comes with 12V power adapter, three extra frames, stand and Getting Started CD. MSRP is $199.99 (U.S.). It is expected to ship Summer 2007.
