A happy customer is the best kind of advertisement for any kind of product or service, and when someone writes a blogpost praising something, and recommending that all of his/her friends get one, too. . . well, that is the most believable kind of positive advertising that any product could possibly wish for!

I know that if I am contemplating trying a new restaurant, or a new hairstylist, or, actually, ANYTHING new, word-of-mouth is the kind of endorsement that means the most to me.
