An Explanation of our Reviews

To help readers and manufacturers understand Wireless Picture Frame’s reviewing philosophy and grading system, here is an explanation of our approach.

Our Process
We strive to review all products from the perspective of the average user. Though we realize such a user does not truly exist, and everyone approaches technology with a different level of skill, experience, and comfort, we try to make reasonable suppositions and judgments of what can be expected from most users. These judgments will evolve over time, as the technology market matures.

We review products for their:
Quality
Ease of Use
Design/Styling
Value

Our Goals
The goal of our reviews is to provide readers with valuable insight into products to help guide their purchases. We also hope to provide useful and constructive feedback to manufacturers to help them improve their products when needed and to congratulate them on their successes when warranted.

Our Grades
Our grading system uses wireless signal strength bars as a metaphor for product ratings. Our grades range from zero bars to five bars, with zero being the lowest grade and five the highest. Just as in wireless networking, there are no half-bar grades.

Your Feedback
We welcome feedback from both readers and manufacturers alike. Readers are invited to email our staff or post comments on articles at the website. The same invitation is extended to manufacturers, though they are also welcomed to submit responses to reviews that will be published, at the editor’s discretion, on the website.
