Your ViewSonic VFD820 digital picture frame will do an absolutely excellent job of displaying your digital pictures singly or in a slideshow.

Pretty much the only “extras” are the clock/calendar function, which can be turned on or off, and the automatic off/on function which will save energy by only turning the frame on when people are home to see it.  (this function can also be turned off or on.)

. . . given the VDF820’s nice construction, low price, and (generally) dead simple operation, it’s a solid choice if your sole interest is displaying photos.
