NEWS FACTS

Frame Media, Inc. (www.framemedia.com), the leading platform provider for content delivery to wireless picture frames and information appliances, today announced several new partners have joined its certification program. The program was announced in January of 2008 to help consumer electronic brands (Brands), original equipment manufacturers (OEM), outsourced design manufacturers (ODM) and semiconductor companies accelerate their opportunities in the digital photo frame and information appliance market. The program enables its partners to differentiate their products by creating compelling user experiences that deliver dynamic, personalized content to connected devices.

Frame Media’s certification program enables participants to incorporate the FrameChannel platform into their product offerings. FrameChannel is the market leader in delivering dynamic, personalized content to wireless photo frames. With FrameChannel, owners of wireless digital frames and information appliances can marry photos from their personal computer or favorite photo sharing sites and social networks with content from over 400 different channels in the FrameChannel library.

“The program began last year to make it easy for our partners to incorporate dynamic, personalized content of all types into their photo frame products” said Jon Finegold, Chief Operating Officer of Frame Media. “We’ve now evolved the program to incorporate things like automatic set-up, interactive content and multimedia. As the hardware continues to evolve, we continue to add new features to take advantage of the capabilities of our partner’s platforms.”

The FrameChannel certification program focuses on four distinct sectors of the industry: Brands, OEMs, ODMs and semiconductor companies. By working closely with its partners through a certified program, Frame Media’s goal is to enhance the user experience by making it as easy as possible to get the content each user wants, when they want it, delivered directly to their wireless frame.

Frame Media has made the program accessible to all manufacturers by creating three levels of certification:

- Frame Enabled - the device is compatible with FrameChannel.

- Frame Integrated - the device is FrameChannel compatible, promoted within the user interface of the device and offers an easy user experience to have dynamic personalized content delivered to the screen.

- Frame Integrated Plus - in addition to FrameChannel compatibility and promotion, a FrameChannel Integrated Plus solution will require advanced integration to create unique user experiences beyond the traditional photo frame slideshow. This includes on demand content through the user of a touch screen or touch panel as well as multimedia integration.

Frame Media will promote certified partners on their website and its blogs, www.wirelesspictureframe.com and www.wirelessenabledgizmos.com.
