Pandigital Is Number One Seller of Digital Picture Frames
According to Michael Fitzhugh of the East Bay (California) Business Times, Pandigital is now the Number One seller of wireless/digital photo frames!
Dean Finnegan, Pandigital’s CEO and founder, has built Pandigital from the ground up, beginning in August of 2006, underselling other digital picture frame companies and capturing more and more of the market each year. This year – 2008 – Pandigital’s sales topped $44 million, employs about 85 people, and sells wireless/digital photo frames ranging in size from 1.8 inches to 15 inches.

I was recently in the market for a Digital Picture frame for a Wedding gift for a much loved nephew. I saw a lovely Pandigital frame which I thought would be perfect. I am on a fixed income and was disappointed to find out that the cost was beyond my reach and unfortunately was unable to purchase the frame. My sister works in Kohl’s Department Store in Middletown, NJ and called me to let me know that the frame I had my eye on was on sale and in addition there was a $35.00 rebate. Imagine how happy I was. I could give my nephew this lovely gift.
I promptly completed the rebate forms and sent them off eagerly awaiting my rebate check. Six weeks turned into eight then to twelve with no sign of a check forthcoming. I asked my sister to follow up on the website provided to see if she could find out the status of the rebate. Since I do not have internet access or an email address she used her email address to inquire. She also checked on the status of her own rebate at this time as well. At this point we were told that my rebate was declined because it was a duplicate request.
“Rebate promotion has a limit of one rebate submission per name/family/address/e-mail address as established on the rebate form and we will only be able to honor one submission. Unfortunately, we have to abide by the promotion guidelines.”
This is not the case. These frames were purchased by 2 separate people using 2 separate methods of payment and the rebates are going to 2 separate addresses (which are not even in the same state). My sister merely inquired about the status of each of our overdue rebates using the same email address. That is the only commonality – the email address. I think this is terribly unfair. Had the rebate be sent on time there would have been no need to status check and the rebate would have eventually would have gone out without challenge.
I am an honorable woman and would never claim anything I was not entitled to. I am hoping that you can intervene and assist me in getting the rebate that I have applied for.
By the way, my nephew loves the frame and is impressed that I am so computer savvy…let’s not tell him the truth….
Sincerely
Donna Toscano
