Taiwan-based makers shipped over nine million digital photo frames last year, with Taiwan-based Topology Research Institute (TRI) indicating that demand for digital photo frames may increase by 70% in 2008, according to a report in the Chinese-language Commercial Times.
The average price of digital photo frame fell below US$100 last year, so demand greatly increased, according to the report.
