Flickr? Slickr? Slideshow Pro? Put It ALL On Your Wireless Digital Picture Frame!

Posted on Jul 11, 2007 by Jane Goodwin at 12:05 am

Wireless digital picture frames are virtually FLYING off the shelves, and people are seeing many of their cherished pictures for the first time since they first downloaded the pictures on their hard drives.  We always think we’ll look at our pictures again and again, but the fact is, once we’ve downloaded them onto that hard drive, we seldom look again.  With wireless digital picture frames, we can see them ALL.  Not just a few:  ALL of them.

Now, what are some good ways to get these pictures into the wireless digital picture frame?  Memory cards are good.  Flash drives are good.  USB ports are good.   Cellphone?  Yup.  Email?  Definitely.  Various services?  Yes.  Etc.

Most “picture people” use Flickr.  It’s an excellent program, and it’s free.  Slideshow Pro is good, too.  Put them together, and you’ve got some fantastic possibilities.

I think Richard Saunders says it far better than I.
